300 Hydrogen-Powered Heavy Truck Delivered: Shacman Truck Sets New Record

On November 25, under the theme “Co-creating a New Hydrogen Energy Transportation Ecosystem and Empowering the Platform Economy,” Proton and its industrial chain partners held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony alongside the delivery of 300 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks in Tangshan, Hebei Province. This event set a new domestic record for the largest single delivery of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks.
 
Participants pledged to deepen strategic consensus on the “dual carbon” goals, implement new development concepts, leverage their respective leadership roles within the industry, continuously explore new technologies in the new energy sector, seek innovative collaboration models among industrial chain enterprises, expand application scenarios and scale of new energy vehicles, provide users with more efficient and green transportation solutions, and fully advance green transportation development to achieve high-quality growth.
Proton Auto, established by Shacman Holding and Dechuang Future to fully implement the “Four New” directives, is a new energy intelligent vehicle company focused on R&D innovation and sales operations for hydrogen and pure electric dual-technology commercial vehicles centered on “intelligentization, electrification, connectivity, and lightweighting.” Since its inception, it has developed over 200 products emphasizing “low energy consumption, lightweighting, high efficiency, and high safety reliability.”
 
The delivered Proton hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks feature a 6×385L hydrogen supply system and a 108.28 kWh battery, achieving a range exceeding 550 km under combined driving conditions. With industry-leading hydrogen consumption efficiency, these vehicles offer customized powertrain matching, high-efficiency energy recovery, and advanced energy management systems. Utilizing multiple high-strength, low-density new materials alongside innovative technologies and structural designs, they deliver lightweight construction and strong operational benefits, meeting users' demanding high-intensity operational requirements.
